Fluency offers various subscription plans with distinct features and pricing. These subscription plans may be available on a monthly or annual basis. Payment for the chosen subscription is due in advance and will be charged to your selected payment method.
No Refunds: Fluency does not offer refunds for paid subscription fees. Once you make a payment for a subscription, it is non-refundable. We encourage users to explore our free features and resources before committing to a paid subscription.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles, and your access to the paid features will continue until the end of the current cycle.
3. Use of User Data
Fluency may collect and use user data to enhance your experience on our platform. This may include, but is not limited to, personalization of content, recommendations, and improvements in our services. By using Fluency, you consent to the collection and use of your data in these ways.
